How long does it take to ship? 

Order before midnight QLD time to have your order shipped next business day

How much is shipping?

Vinyl World is pleased to now offer Flat Rate Shipping Australia Wide. 

All orders are shipped via Australia Post with signature on delivery to protect your parcel against weather damage and theft. 

Flat Rates are:
$9.95 Standard Post
$15.00 Express Post

Is the Vinyl sent individually or Continuous? 

Orders for 5metres or less will as standard be shipped individually as ordered. i.e 5 x 12inch x 1metre rolls. If you would like to be sent 1 x 12inch x 5metre  roll then please contact our staff members PRIOR to ordering to ensure we have stock availability to accomodate your request. 

Rolls 5m or more may be automatically processed as continuous length where stock is available. 

Is the Vinyl Labelled? 

In order to keep our prices at low wholesale prices, our vinyl does not typically arrive labelled. We do provide a packing slip so you can remember what was ordered and this usually helps too. 

If you are new, feel free to leave a note at the checkout and ask for it to be grouped or labelled and we are happy to do this for you. 

Get stuck or don't remember? Send us a photo to our email or FB chat and our staff will assist you. 


Can we make changes or add on to our order?

If you require a change made to your order please contact us ASAP and if you order has not been despatched we will do our best to accomodate any changes to your order.

Can we return items? 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for any products once they have left the premises. Due to the inability to guarantee how the products were stored or looked after once they left the premises. This can cause the products to no longer be resalable. 

Please note that this does not include Consumer Guidelines where a damaged, faulty or not as described item is eligible for return. 

If you would like to cancel your order for any reason apart from item being damaged or faulty, please note the following terms and conditions apply. 

- If your order has NOT been shipped, we can cancel and refund your order minus an 8% restocking fee. 

- If your order has shipped, we will be unable to process a refund or accept returns on your items. 

The restocking fee is to not only cover physical restocking of your order, but also includes any fees or charges that we incur; that are non refundable when you cancel your order. 

Please note, there is no legal obligation to provide or agree to cancel orders due to "Change of Mind" so please choose carefully when you purchase. 

If you receive the wrong item or the item is damaged, we request you contact our office along with providing a photo of the wrong or damaged item for our assessment.

We will assess the item if required and if the item is required to be physically returned to our office, we will provide a return shipping label.

In some instances, we will not require the return of the item and will process a refund or replace the item at our discretion. Vinyl World will cover any shipping costs for returns in this instance. 

Can we pickup? 

Absolutely! 

We are open 5 days a week for pick ups. Once your order is placed, we will pick and pack your order as fast as possible and you will receive a pick up email with all relevant details. 

Please do not drop in to pick up your items until you have received this email. 

Pick Up Times: 

9am - 4pm Tuesday to Saturday
Closed - Sunday and Monday's 

Public Holiday trading is at our discretion, please check our facebook page for any public holiday closures.
